All car shows are coordinated by the events chairperson and/or an events
chair committee person. All plans and instructions of event coordinators
will be followed by all entry owners and/or drivers.
Bring a car, preferably a Corvette, and wear your club colors.
Vehicle gas tanks should be essentially empty and gas caps either locked
or taped shut while car is on display.
Drip pans should be placed under engine, trany and rear ends to protect
mall floors.
Tire pads should be placed under each tire to protect mall floors.
Drop cloths shall be used when applying car care products while preparing
vehicles for mall show.
All negative battery cables should be disconnected.
Each vehicle shall have a fire extinguisher.
Use caution when preparing car in mall and be responsible for cleaning up
after yourself.
Use of stantions, fencing, lights, electrical enhancements and other
display paraphernalia will be optional with the events chairperson and mall
management's permission.
Club banners must be displayed, if they are available.
All vehicle owners or drivers must be on time entering and exiting the
premises in coordination with the event chairperson and mall management.
All entry fees will be paid on time to the event chairperson and/or chair
committee person with receipt from them or the club treasurer.
No hot-rodding of any kind in or around the car show will be tolerated.
All entrants and others involved in the car show must sign a liability
release form at each event.
