This was our first stop on Turnagain Pass

Our first rest stop on top of Turnagain Pass

Somehow when you get more than one corvette on the road it becomes a race!  Within the posted speed limit of course

This is Dena Cunnigham, Alaskan Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House NW.  Here she is presenting a T-shirt to David Holmes, ACA President

Dena, Dave and Em (Pennisula Cruisers with a check from Unical  We held our Cruise Stop in Soldotna at Big Bear Ford!

Hooters was a sponsor and they sent along their Hooter Girls with T-shirt to sell off as a donation, in addition to food and their dollar gift.

Brian Smith, our VP watched after the girls while Dave took care of business.

On June 22nd the formal presentation to Ronald McDonald House, care-of
Dena Cunningham was made at the Alaska Sales & Service Reunion Car show.

Joe Inama for Alaska Sales and Service presenting Dave with their sponsorship check.  They gave $50 for every car sold on the weekend of the cruise

Dave presented Dena with a framed Cruise T-Shirt from the club and then made her an Honory Member.

Finally the big presentation a Check for $10,855.00.  And more coming in due to T-shirt sales and other donations made during the day

Dena admiring the check with a bit of a tear in her eye, and ours too!

Dena with her husband Scott, and kid.  Scott tired all day to get a corvette to take home. The kids were convinced.   Maybe next year.

And of course there were cars to admire.  We had 35 corvettes and 15 other Classic GM cars on hand for the show and public BBQ.

With the Reunion Show we always cook hamburgers and dogs for the folks that come out to visit.

This was one of the best shows we have done.

And here are some of the Classic GM cars there from Midnight Sun Street Rod Association.

Another angle at the classics.

And here are a couple of our classic members!  Dan Huston (Black 2000 Convertible) and Larry Sawyer (2000 Magenta Coupe).  Larry's business - Eagle River Photo - was also a sponsor of the Cruise .

Larry's car is the first one and Dan's is the black one with the custom hood up.
